For example, when you type your question, the chatbot shows up rather than connecting you to an agent.

Once you select that, connecting with an agent takes a few seconds (so +1 to 1Win for minimal waiting time).

However, my experience with the agent was average. I asked how I could place limits on my account (helpful for anyone prone to addiction)

The agent did not seem to understand it and told me, ‘Bets can only be placed on the main time of the match.’

So, I asked again if I could pause my account or how to place limits on deposits.

However, the agent misunderstood again and gave me details about minimum and maximum deposit limits for payment modes.

I then asked if they have a live stream option for cricket matches and other sports.

To this, the agent replied that they have live games, which refers to live casino games.

I reframed my question and asked again. This time, they replied that they have live betting.

FYI: They do not have a live stream.

So while the responses were quick and waiting time was nil, it seems some staff needs more training around the product.

Furthermore, experiences can vary from agent to agent.

Another thing I’d like 1Win to do is add an FAQ page.

Lastly, they can take a leaf out of Bet365’s and Betway’s books and make responsible gambling easy for users by allowing them to set deposits themselves.
